Highly elastic and waterproof roof coating
A highly elastic and waterproof rubber coating for the seamless repair of old and damaged bitumen roofs. When dry, it forms a highly adhesive, tough and elastic coating. Nice bonus: Roof Coating Strong is resistant to temperature fluctuations and dirt thanks to its lasting elasticity.

Step-by-step plan
- First remove all dust and grease from the substrate.
- Repair blisters, cracks and fissures with Roof-Repair or with the elastic Dak-Mastic SBS, possibly reinforced with the tear-resistant polyester mat Anti-Crack. Allow this repair to dry out sufficiently (approx. 1 week) before proceeding.
- Clean the substrate. Impregnate with quick-drying adhesive varnish Roofprimer to ensure optimal adhesion.
- Stir the product well.
- Apply 2 crossed layers of Elastic-Rubber with a brush or floor wiper at a rate of approx. 1 kg/m²/coat and make sure that each layer is protected from rain, frost and mist for at least 4 hrs. The initial brown colour becomes completely black.
- Apply the 2nd coat only after the first coat has fully cured. This takes about 24 to 36 h. Slate flakes can be sprinkled into the last wet layer as additional ANTI-UV protection.
