Professional polyurethane glue

Iso-Fix is ready-to-use, professional polyurethane glue with instant expansion for bonding PIR and other types of insulation. Thanks to its special formulation, the foam adheres perfectly to most building materials, including brick, concrete, cement, plaster, wood, metal, bitumen roofing and PIR insulation boards. This glue was specifically developed for bonding insulation boards on roofs and can withstand high wind loads. Thanks to its special formulation, this glue dries quite quickly, is easy to use and has great adhesive strength. The foam is light blue.

Step-by-step plan

Remove all dust, dirt and grease from the substrate.
It is advisable to lightly moisten highly absorbent substrates first.
Shake the can vigorously for 30 seconds with the nozzle facing down.
Remove the cap and put on the gloves.
Screw the tube onto the nozzle.
Hold the can with the nozzle facing down and apply Iso-Fix in 3-cm thick strips around the board's perimeter (distance of 2 cm from the edge). Spray an X in the middle that connects the opposite corners.
Install the board on the horizontal or vertical substrate within 5 minutes. The position of the board can be corrected up to 15 minutes after application of the glue. Press the material down firmly and, depending on the application and weight of the board, keep it pressed down, propped up or temporarily secured until the glue cures.
When taking a break of longer than 5 minutes, the tube must be cleaned and the can be shaken vigorously before using it again. It is easy to cut off excess glue.
