• What is Aquaplan?

  Aquaplan offers high-quality products to improve and protect your home and garden. This includes products for moisture problems and roof coverings. Aquaplan offers professional systems designed for DIYers. Thanks to the range of tools available, anyone can tackle problem areas wherever the cause is found. Both experienced and less experienced DIY enthusiasts can achieve the same results as a professional.

• Where can I buy Aquaplan products?

  Aquaplan products are available in most DIY shops, hardware stores, timber yards, etc. Use our point-of-sale finder to find a shop near you. To be sure that the product you are looking for is available, we advise contacting the sales outlet in advance.

• In which countries are Aquaplan products available?

  Aquaplan products are available throughout Belgium, the Netherlands and the Nord Pas de Calais region (departments 59 and 62) in France.

• How much Aquaplan product do I need?

  Guiding DIYers every step of the way is built into Aquaplan’s values. That’s why it is possible to calculate how much Aquaplan product you will need with the “How much do you need?” button. A few measurements will be requested before we calculate the quantity for you. You can also print your shopping list.

• Where are Aquaplan’s products made?

  Aquaplan is part of the Canadian IKO group, a global market leader in waterproofing products and insulation with a worldwide network of factories and sales organisations. IKO is a family-owned company that has been in business for three generations. IKO products can be found all over the world in residential construction, commercial building applications and engineering systems. The European headquarters of the IKO group is located at ATAB NV in Belgium. Central services for IT, finance, marketing, R&D and product technology are found there. Aquaplan products are mainly produced at production sites in Belgium and the Netherlands.

• Is Enertherm also part of Aquaplan?

  The IKO group sells high-quality PIR insulation boards under the Enertherm brand name. Worldwide, the IKO group has six insulation production sites. Enertherm insulation is also sold through hardware stores and DIY shops.

• Do Aquaplan products have a ‘declaration of performance’ or DOP?

  Not all Aquaplan products require a DOP. The DOP must only be achievable for building products covered by a harmonised European standard. All roof coverings in the Aquaplan range fall within this scope. You can find the declarations of performance on www.ikodop.eu.
